What does my subscription include?
Your subscription gives you an account, which we call a channel. You can host an unlimited number of live and on-demand webinars on your channel.
What is an attendee? What is a host?
An attendee is a person who attends your webinar. If you are on the 100-attendee plan, 100 people can attend your live webinars.
A host is a person on your team who can schedule and start webinars. For each plan, there is a specified number of host accounts included. You can purchase additional host licenses as add-ons.
How does the free trial work?
Your 7-day free trial includes all features and you can host webinar for up to 5 attendees.
How does the subscription work? Can I switch or cancel?
JoinLive is a subscription-based service, so your plan renews every month or year (depending on whether you choose to pay monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
How does JoinLive protect my data?
We use industry standard SSL and HTTPS encryption, just like your bank’s website.
What happens after trial ends?
After your trial expires, you will need to purchase a monthly/yearly subscription to hold all your members and customization’s in your account.
