How does the attendee limit work on Premium?
Your plan’s attendee limit is the maximum number of live attendees who can join a single session simultaneously. Registered attendees who watch the recording afterward do not count toward this limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can switch between plans or attendee tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for the Premium plan?
All new accounts start with full Premium features for 14 days — no credit card required. After the trial, you choose whether to stay on Free or subscribe to Premium.
What happens if I exceed my attendee limit during a session?
Additional attendees beyond your limit will be placed in a waiting room. You can upgrade your tier mid-session and the waiting room will clear automatically.
